Strategic Solutions Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to evaluate their requirements and align Waterplan’s offerings with their objectives.

• Serve as the primary internal liaison for customer accounts and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.

• Establish long-term partnership strategies that promote renewals, growth, and significant impact.

• Gain insights into customers’ organizations, stakeholder interactions, challenges, and software requirements.

• Enhance relationships with key stakeholders and sustainability leaders at global corporations.

• Create customized strategies for various industries and regions informed by client feedback and market insights.

• Identify and cultivate new use cases to inform the evolution of Waterplan’s products.

• Support customers with product usage, onboarding, data collection, and objective-setting.

• Represent Waterplan at site visits, webinars, and industry conferences.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in consulting, sustainability, analytics, or customer success.

• Educational background in industrial engineering, business, economics, engineering, environmental studies, or a related analytical discipline.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Self-sufficient and proactive.

• Inquisitive and innovative, with a readiness to acquire new knowledge, skills, and tackle challenges.

• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.

• Strong passion for sustainability and data-driven decision-making.

• Cooperative team member who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Proficient in managing multiple projects and leading cross-functional initiatives.

• Must reside in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
