This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead enterprise supply chain discovery: Conduct strategic discovery sessions, map the current and future state of supply chains, and pinpoint opportunities to lower costs, enhance service, streamline operations, and boost customer value.
• Formulate quantified solution recommendations: Create tailored business cases, ROI analyses, financial models, whitepapers, and PowerPoint presentations that convey operational enhancements and financial advantages.
• Develop network and distribution strategies: Assess customer distribution networks in comparison to OnTrac’s network and suggest fulfillment sites, injection strategies, transportation routes, facility placements, regional distribution frameworks, and cross-dock possibilities.
• Facilitate technology and integration solutions: Convert business requirements into functional specifications, identify integration/reporting/workflow deficiencies, and propose automation or technology improvements that enhance scalability and customer experience.
• Shape product and capability strategy: Recognize recurring customer demands, operational shortcomings, and technological possibilities; collaborate with Product, Technology, and senior leadership to prioritize investments and guide future roadmaps.
• Design future-state processes: Create operational workflows, eliminate process inefficiencies, identify automation prospects, and prepare executive-ready process maps, solution documentation, and business cases.
• Oversee cross-functional solution development: Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Technology, Revenue Management, Customer Experience, and Implementation to guarantee solutions are viable, commercially aligned, and ready for execution.
• Foster innovation and scalable frameworks: Investigate emerging supply chain technologies, utilize AI to enhance analysis and documentation, and develop repeatable consulting methodologies and solution frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years in outbound demand generation, ABM, or multi-channel B2B marketing.
• Proven hands-on experience in designing and executing innovative marketing programs using cutting-edge technologies, including ABM platforms (Demandbase), marketing automation tools (Salesforce Account Engagement), and personalization engines (Optimizely).
• Demonstrated proficiency with marketing AI tools for personalization and optimization.
• Proven success in managing budgets, agencies, and campaign operations.
• Strong analytical abilities and the capability to interpret campaign performance data.
• Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
