Strategic Services Consultant – Premier Success

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee ongoing strategic consulting initiatives for enterprise clients, collaborating with Customer Success Managers to organize, enhance, and expand social media operations.

• Assess workflows, align social media strategies with business goals, and provide guidance to clients on emerging industry trends and digital transformations.

• Collaborate with executive stakeholders, including VPs and CMOs, on social intelligence and cross-platform analytics to enhance brand performance and demonstrate return on investment.

• Utilize Kantata, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and approved AI tools to oversee project timelines and customer deliverables.

• Implement Premier Success deliverables that include customized performance reports, executive presentation materials, social care and publishing playbooks, workflow audits, and interactive strategy workshops.

• Assist with complex social strategy scenarios such as influencer marketing, social customer care processes, and employee advocacy initiatives.

• Foster ongoing growth and feature adoption within customer organizations.

• Standardize internal consulting processes and templates to enhance Professional Services capabilities.

• Cultivate relationships across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing departments.

• Independently manage service projects and effectively communicate results and deliverables to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in social media strategy, professional services, or strategic SaaS consulting.

• Proven experience in developing and executing social strategies.

• Demonstrated ability in creating custom consulting deliverables, executive playbooks, and strategic reporting frameworks.

• Established project management skills, capable of managing multiple ongoing client engagements and deliverables simultaneously.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the social industry.

• Strong executive presence with the capability to advise Director- and VP-level stakeholders.

• A data-driven approach to addressing business challenges.

• Ability to translate intricate social media data into actionable strategies.

• Competence in providing hands-on platform optimization.

• Excellent skills in project management.

• Preferred: prior experience in a social agency, an enterprise brand social role, or a dedicated SaaS consulting practice.

• Preferred: subject matter expertise in influencer marketing, social customer care, or employee advocacy.

• Preferred: high data literacy with the use of social intelligence, listening metrics, and insights from native platforms to drive business growth.

• Preferred: exceptional communication and presentation skills, including the ability to provide executive-level recommendations and conduct interactive workshops.

• Preferred: familiarity with cross-functional software lifecycle collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams.

• Preferred: professional fluency in Portuguese (both verbal and written).
