This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Promote and market Medtronic Cranial & Spinal Technologies AiBLE products and services in a designated geographic region and customer accounts.
• Foster strategic adoption and use of spine enabling technology platforms, implants, and biologics.
• Collaborate with regional sales directors, district sales managers, spine sales representatives, and cross-functional leadership to drive regional growth initiatives.
• Assist in the launch, integration, and optimization of navigation, robotics, imaging, and digital surgical platforms.
• Create and implement account-specific strategic technology plans.
• Act as a subject matter expert on enabling technologies, procedural workflows, implants, biologics, and technology integration.
• Establish relationships with spine surgeons, administrators, operating room leadership, procurement teams, and executive stakeholders.
• Aid in technology evaluations, ROI justification, and initiatives centered around value-based selling.
• Organize surgeon education programs, cadaver labs, technology demonstrations, and customer training events.
• Recognize workflow efficiencies and opportunities for procedural optimization.
• Work in conjunction with marketing, training, operations, and clinical teams for implementation and ongoing support.
• Assess regional performance metrics, utilization trends, and customer adoption data.
• Provide field intelligence and customer insights to leadership and product development teams.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet customer and business needs.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 8+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare, or life sciences; or Associate's Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience; or Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Capability to reside within the assigned territory.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Ability to operate in hospital and operating room settings.
• Capacity to stand for prolonged periods during surgical procedures.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not available for roles below Principal level.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree meeting the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
• Preference for experience in spine, neurosurgery, orthopedic, or robotic-assisted surgical procedures.
• Familiarity with spine procedural workflows, operating room dynamics, and healthcare economics is preferred.
• Significant experience in operating room and sterile field environments is strongly preferred.
• Experience collaborating directly with surgeons and hospital clinical teams is preferred.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and effective customer communication abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities in a dynamic field environment.
