This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Take charge of revenue growth in Australia and New Zealand by driving new customer acquisition and expanding within the real estate ecosystem, including brokerages, photography networks, proptechs, and appraisal firms.
• Oversee the complete sales process, which includes prospecting, conducting demos, preparing proposals, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Develop and maintain a qualified pipeline in the CRM with precise forecasting.
• Represent CubiCasa at industry events and conferences, fostering trusted relationships with executive-level partners.
• Work in collaboration with global marketing, product, and customer success teams to customize go-to-market campaigns for regional acceptance.
• Provide market insights that inform product direction, pricing, and regional strategies.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or proptech sales in roles that involve meeting quotas.
• Demonstrated success in selling to the real estate or technology-focused industries.
• Ability to operate independently in a startup setting, creating your own momentum, structure, and pipeline.
• Excellent communication skills with an executive presence and strong commercial acumen.
• Proficient in using CRM and remote collaboration tools; capable of working across different time zones and markets.
• The ability to choose your working hours and location to effectively complete your tasks.
