
Strategic Sales Manager β Existing Customers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ In the role of Strategic Account Manager, you will serve as the main point of contact for your clients.
β’ You will engage with them to understand their challenges, assess their use of our products, and pinpoint opportunities to deliver genuine value.
β’ Your responsibilities include managing contract renewals as well as collaboratively developing strategies for upselling and cross-selling, always striving to enhance their success.
β’ You will coordinate with various stakeholders, share your strategic insights, and take charge of ensuring that each partnership thrives sustainably over the long term.
β’ You will independently oversee a portfolio consisting of 60β100 Mid-Market and Enterprise clients.
β’ Your duties will also involve the renewal of existing contracts, which includes creating proposals, negotiating prices, and aligning with multiple stakeholders.
β’ Collaborating with your Customer Success Manager, you will identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, showcase the value of additional products, and outline targeted actions.
β’ You will record developments in Salesforce and Planhat, create reliable forecasts, and establish clear next steps for each deal.
β’ 3β4 years of experience in selling B2B SaaS products, whether in new business or existing-business sales.
β’ Familiarity with Mid-Market and Enterprise clients and their complex decision-making processes.
β’ Value-Based Selling is integral to your approach; you focus on selling solutions that provide real value rather than merely features.
β’ You possess experience in forecasting, enabling you to realistically assess opportunities and produce transparent projections.
β’ Your communication skills are clear and concise, allowing you to simplify complex topics and select the appropriate language for both customers and colleagues.
β’ You have a curious mindset and are eager to learn, asking questions, reflecting on processes, and embracing feedback to foster continuous improvement.
β’ Fluency in German and English is required (minimum C1 level).
