Strategic Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You take the initiative to identify and prioritize strategic hospital and MVZ accounts, managing the process from initial outreach to contract execution.

• You engage in comprehensive discovery discussions with C-level stakeholders (board members, executive management, commercial leadership) and craft persuasive value propositions and ROI narratives.

• You oversee the complete sales cycle, including pipeline management, forecasting, gaining multi-stakeholder buy-in, and closing deals, all in a structured and data-driven manner.

• You establish enduring executive relationships and position medflex as a key digitalization partner in the healthcare sector.

• You represent medflex at industry conferences and events, providing direct market insights to Product & Management.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in strategic B2B sales, business development, or account management, including a minimum of 2 years of direct engagement with C-level executives.

• Demonstrated success in enterprise sales: you have effectively navigated complex decision-making processes, crafted business cases, and independently closed deals.

• Familiarity with SaaS products or digital solutions is a distinct advantage; experience in healthcare is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities: you comprehend business drivers and can articulate them effectively.

• An entrepreneurial mindset, high self-motivation, and the capacity to take ownership in a rapidly growing startup environment.

• Proficient in German and competent in English.
