• Propel growth in North America by developing and converting a robust pipeline of strategic enterprise and public sector opportunities.
• Acquire new logo customers within our client's targeted markets.
• Cultivate executive-level relationships with key industry influencers and decision-makers.
• Position our client as a reliable advisor and market leader in fleet electrification.
• Recognize long-term growth prospects within key customer accounts.
• Provide market intelligence and customer insights that enhance our client's products, services, and go-to-market strategies.
• Formulate and implement account-based growth strategies throughout North America.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue high-value opportunities in the transit, government, utility, municipal, airport, port, and commercial fleet sectors.
• Develop and sustain a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities aligned with company growth objectives.
• Forge relationships with executive sponsors, operational leaders, fleet managers, infrastructure teams, procurement stakeholders, and strategic partners.
• Generate opportunities through direct outreach, industry engagement, referrals, partnerships, and enhanced market presence.
• Oversee the entire sales lifecycle from initial engagement to contract execution.
• Navigate complex procurement processes, including tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and public sector purchasing.
• Create persuasive business cases and value propositions tailored to customer requirements.
• Coordinate internal resources to aid in solution design, demonstrations, pricing, commercial proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Manage intricate multi-stakeholder sales cycles with professionalism and determination.
• Regularly advance opportunities and uphold forecast accuracy.
• Serve as the executive relationship owner for crucial strategic accounts.
• Maintain relationships with senior stakeholders post-contract execution.
• Identify expansion opportunities in software, advisory, planning, charging, operations, and managed service offerings.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Advisory, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure customer outcomes are met.
• Assist in developing references, case studies, and long-term customer advocacy.
• Represent our client at industry conferences, events, working groups, and customer forums.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of industry trends, policy changes, funding programs, procurement frameworks, and emerging market opportunities.
• Build relationships throughout the fleet electrification ecosystem, including operators, agencies, utilities, OEMs, consultants, and infrastructure providers.
• Enhance our client's market presence and reputation across North America.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Advisory, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.
• Provide structured feedback from customers and the market to support product strategy and innovation.
• Contribute to strategic planning, market prioritization, and revenue forecasting.
• Aid in developing scalable sales processes and best practices.
• Over 7 years of experience in strategic enterprise sales, business development, or account leadership roles.
• Proven success in closing multi-stakeholder opportunities with contract values ranging from six figures to multi-million-dollar engagements.
• Extensive experience in fleet electrification, zero-emission transportation, charging infrastructure, energy, utilities, transit, mobility, or related sectors.
• Established industry relationships across one or more of our client's target markets.
• Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes, including tenders, RFPs, framework agreements, and government purchasing cycles.
• Existing relationships with transit agencies, municipalities, utilities, airports, ports, or major commercial fleet operators.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in selling software, SaaS, advisory services, managed services, or technology-enabled solutions.
• Background in high-growth or venture-backed technology companies.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Help shape the future of fleet electrification and sustainable transportation across North America.
• Work directly with senior leadership and contribute to the company's growth strategy.
