This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Act as a Strategic Partner for our UK Enterprise and Mid-Market Clients.
• Facilitate expansion into new markets and sectors by pinpointing opportunities for account growth.
• Proactively discover and implement upsell and cross-sell initiatives to enhance revenue growth.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite executives.
• Deliver tailored training and support to ensure clients fully leverage the platform’s capabilities.
• Over 5 years of experience in Customer Success, specifically with UK Enterprise Clients.
• A robust work ethic and integrity, accompanied by strong project management skills at the executive level.
• Enthusiasm for mastering product functionalities and familiarity with Salesforce.
• Background in managing UK Enterprise-level accounts or expertise in HR/HRM/Workforce management.
