This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Play a vital role in the successful introduction and expansion of Mineralys’ inaugural commercial product within a designated territory.
• Responsible for providing education to healthcare providers (HCPs) regarding Mineralys’ product.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with customers.
• Promote product adoption effectively.
• Achieve sales performance objectives for the assigned territory.
• Develop and sustain a comprehensive understanding of the disease state, clinical data, and applicable treatment guidelines.
• Create and implement a territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and sales goals.
• Analyze trends within the territory, assess customer needs, and monitor competitive activities to discover new opportunities.
• Maintain precise territory records and CRM documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales is preferred, with other relevant sales experience considered.
• Experience in specialty sales (cardiometabolic) is preferred.
• Prior experience with product launches is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales targets and fostering strong customer relationships.
• Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to relay complex scientific information effectively.
• Excellent skills in territory planning, organization, and communication.
• Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of excelling in a dynamic, launch-focused environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
