This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and CSO to strategize, prioritize, and implement key initiatives.
• Oversee and coordinate various simultaneous projects, emphasizing sales and marketing efforts.
• Assist in pipeline development activities, incorporating lead generation campaigns and outbound strategies.
• Work together with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor the progress of critical projects, ensuring that timelines, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.
• Maintain and enhance workflows within Salesforce CRM and Apollo.io (Apollo AI) to bolster sales and marketing functions.
• Evaluate performance metrics across campaigns and pipeline initiatives, delivering actionable insights.
• Create executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve efficiency among cross-functional teams.
• Manage sensitive information with care and uphold a high standard of confidentiality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 3–5+ years of experience in sales and marketing positions, with practical involvement in campaigns, lead generation, or pipeline management.
• Proficiency in English at C1–C2 level is mandatory.
• Extensive experience with Apollo.io (Apollo AI) and Salesforce CRM.
• Proven experience and skills in AI tools and technologies.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience collaborating closely with senior leadership or executive teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on follow-up and follow-through regarding projects or information requests.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint, as well as Google Suite and SharePoint.
