Strategic Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the MBR/QBR process along with associated business infrastructure read-outs — collecting inputs, synthesizing insights, and delivering clear, decision-ready updates to the Executive team.

• Create concise, high-quality presentations that effectively communicate key insights, trends, and updates with precision and clarity.

• Collaborate closely with senior leaders to refine messaging, structure communications, and uphold a consistent operational rhythm.

• Prepare materials for executive forums, ensuring that the content is tightly crafted, well-supported, and aligned with key priorities.

• Identify significant themes, risks, and opportunities within the business by connecting signals from various inputs and educating cross-functional teams as necessary.

• Ensure follow-through on essential actions and decisions, maintaining alignment and accountability among stakeholders.

• Continuously enhance the methods of gathering, structuring, and communicating information throughout the organization.

• Function as a trusted, detail-oriented partner capable of independently managing critical workstreams from initiation to completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in fast-paced technology companies, business operations, banking, consulting, or roles that necessitate strong written communication and cross-functional coordination with executive leadership.

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.

• Proficient in working with financial and operational data to facilitate executive reporting cycles.

• Preferred experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting (special projects/chief of staff functions).

• Exceptional ability to structure ambiguous challenges and distill large amounts of information into clear, concise outputs.

• Strong presentation skills, with a proven ability to produce polished, executive-level materials.

• High attention to detail and consistently sound judgment regarding what is important and how to convey it.

• Capable of operating with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

• Comfortable interacting with senior leaders and navigating cross-functional stakeholders.

• Strong ownership mentality and readiness to engage in highly iterative, detail-oriented tasks.

• Experience in high-growth, e-commerce, or direct-to-consumer businesses is a plus.
