📋 Description

• Lead customer-focused product development by thoroughly understanding pain points and providing impactful solutions, while managing project execution and account management tasks.

• Create and enhance scalable systems, products, and processes to improve customer support and value delivery, working in coordination with engineering to implement essential features.

• Collect and utilize data-driven insights to refine customer models and our ability to continuously improve their performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in product management or similar roles within high-performing product organizations, with a demonstrated ability to navigate uncertainty and execute complex projects.

• Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven mindset, along with experience in market research, competitive analysis, and generating actionable product insights.

• A keen interest in AI systems (direct experience in AI/ML is a plus but not mandatory) and exceptional project management skills, including the capacity to lead project teams and collaborate effectively across various departments.

• A dedication to enhancing the safety and usefulness of the next generation of AI models.
