Strategic Product Consultant – General Contractors

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assist in the specialization of Procore's Project Management & Quality Safety product line tailored for General Contractor clients.

• Offer General Contractor customers best practices for effectively utilizing Procore systems.

• Collaborate with Project Managers and Customer Success Engineers to enhance client training with technical expertise and knowledge of the Procore platform.

• Guide clients in becoming proficient users and advocates of Procore.

• Enhance client business workflows in Procore and throughout their organization.

• Deliver high-quality service and education through clear and impactful communication.

• Onboard, train, and mentor new team members.

• Work collaboratively across Procore to establish best practices and drive product improvements.

• Attain a deep understanding of Procore products, business models, services, emerging technologies, and Customer Success best practices.

• Report directly to the Manager of Strategic Product Consultants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry.

• Prior experience in roles such as Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, Project Finance Manager, Estimator, or Project Engineer.

• Proven experience in managing project construction, encompassing bidding, procurement, RFIs, submittals, drawings, specifications, documents, schedule management, quality control, and safety practices.

• Experience in establishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Familiarity with the real estate development and construction sectors.

• Proficiency in cloud-based software and expertise in the Procore platform.

• Availability to travel up to 50%, which may include both domestic and international travel.
