This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and execute a detailed pricing policy tailored to specific channels, alongside an operational workflow and staffing framework.
• Standardize contracting and pricing frameworks, generating reusable templates for channel partners.
• Develop a tracking system to identify channel exposure and proactively manage conflicts between business units early in the sales process.
• Establish criteria for high-value partners to enhance the sales prospecting funnel and cultivate partner relationships.
• Monitor and standardize channel revenue share percentages while evaluating channel-specific margin performance.
• Act as the primary contact for policies related to quote generation and commercial strategies for Health Plans and Health Systems.
• Oversee intricate commercial structures associated with Health Plans and Health Systems.
• Integrate a structured pricing workstream into the product commercialization process, collaborating with General Managers and vertical leaders prior to launch.
• Aid in aligning international well-being pricing and policies with standard employer guidelines.
• Contribute to the annual refresh cycle for the price book and pricing policies.
• Establish and monitor pricing analytics and dashboards that measure win rates, price realization, and leakage reduction.
• Work alongside GTM, Product, Finance, and Legal leaders to safeguard margins and foster growth.
• Oversee daily Deal Desk operations.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Strategy, Finance, or Business Operations.
• Experience in the Healthcare, Digital Health, or similarly regulated sectors is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to construct pricing models from the ground up and effectively present recommendations.
• Strong grasp of B2B enterprise sales cycles and unit economics.
• Exceptional analytical abilities, including expert-level skills in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and financial modeling.
• A collaborative team player.
