This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in developing pricing strategies and commercial models for large, intricate deals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Advisory/Consulting, Transformation, FP&A, and Operations teams.
• Create competitive value-based pricing models that align with margin objectives.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure consensus on scope, pricing methodologies, and margin expectations.
• Assess pricing assumptions, including cost structures and efficiency improvements.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline (MBA is preferred).
• Over 7 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Finance, Deal Desk, Strategy, or Consulting roles.
• Proficient in financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders at leadership levels.
• Strong grasp of margin structures, cost drivers, and transformation economics.
• Familiarity with the US Health Insurance Payer market is a plus.
