This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• **Data Management and Monitoring:** Oversee and refresh our dashboards focused on sales points and portfolio, ensuring the team has transparent insights for effective decision-making.

• **Product Lifecycle:** Oversee product DE/PARAs and meticulously track the repacking (new packaging) processes for our brands.

• **Tool Interface:** Direct the management of the Gobots tool, consolidating and reporting updates to responses on a weekly basis.

• **Marketplace Operation & Reputation:** Actively manage our brands' reputation on marketplaces, ensuring the daily implementation of the operational dispute process.

• **Approvals and Control:** Assist the channel by reviewing and authorizing cancellations on Shopee.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or currently in progress (Administration, Engineering, Economics, Logistics, Marketing, or related fields).

• An analytical, organized, and process-driven profile.

• **Intermediate Excel / Google Sheets** (capable of manipulating data, creating reports, and updating pivot tables/charts).

• Basic knowledge of SQL, GCP, and Data Studio is considered an advantage.
