This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Taking ownership of and enhancing Viatris’ global pricing system to ensure it facilitates accurate, efficient, and compliant pricing operations across various markets.
• Serving as the primary liaison among business units, IT, vendors, and end users, driving improvements in system performance, upgrades, enhancements, master data integrity, reporting, and user training.
• Enhancing international reference pricing capabilities, boosting data quality and process consistency, and empowering global and local stakeholders to make informed pricing decisions.
• Managing user access for the Global Pricing System, including control of user permissions, license counts, and the development of training resources for both current and new users.
• Collaborating with Regulatory, Pricing, Market Access, and other stakeholders at both local and global levels to comprehend their requirements, ensure appropriate training, and refine processes.
• Working alongside the Global Pricing team by providing system support, executing mass data uploads, and generating custom data reports.
• Validating and overseeing the management of system Codes/SKU information/Launches (master data), including the integration of acquired or divested portfolios.
• Updating, improving, and validating Pricing System master data in alignment with Financial Budgets, Volume metrics, and FX rates.
• Facilitating data integration from various sources via API within the Pricing System.
• Conducting data audits of the Pricing System to ensure accuracy compared to other sources.
• Extensive experience with Pricing Systems, particularly International Reference Pricing; ideally as a solution owner.
• Familiarity with ModelN or Navlin platforms is advantageous.
• Experience in collaborating with IT teams to develop or maintain commercial systems.
• Strong technical proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience in master data and/or database management, preferably with SQL and/or ETL tools, is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and understand their needs.
• Business insight to translate business requirements into technical terminology.
• Prior experience in International Reference Pricing is preferred.
• Regional or global experience is desirable.
• Detail-oriented and driven by results.
• Strong analytical, communication, influencing, problem-solving, and writing abilities are essential.
• Proficiency in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing in English is mandatory.
