Strategic Portfolio Recovery Agent

📋 Description

• Oversee an accounts receivable portfolio and associated processes for major, strategic clients

• Partner with clients to secure payment commitments

• Address payment discrepancies and overdue accounts

• Implement strategies to enhance collections procedures

• Conduct detailed monthly audits and account reconciliations

• Supervise billing operations and resolve any issues or discrepancies

• Deliver regular updates to leadership and internal stakeholders

• Foster and sustain strong relationships with key strategic clients

• Work closely with sales and account management teams

• Recognize and execute opportunities for process enhancement

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent professional experience

• Over 4 years of progressive experience in accounts receivable

• Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, accounts receivable processes, intricate billing terms, and collections strategies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Advanced skills in account reconciliation and auditing

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Must successfully pass a background check
