This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop and manage the strategy for partnerships and the revenue plan.
• Determine which product categories to introduce based on employee demand, partner economics, and speed to revenue.
• Take ownership of the partnerships P&L, forecasts, and targets, providing updates to the leadership team.
• Establish a pipeline of partners and successfully close deals.
• Communicate the value of My Money Matters’ public-sector employee audience.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, including terms of exclusivity, service standards, and marketing commitments.
• Create referral and co-selling partnerships with organizations that serve public-sector employers.
• Establish referral agreements, joint propositions, and co-marketing initiatives to facilitate qualified employer introductions.
• Monitor partner-sourced pipeline and revenue alongside Sales.
• Design and price commission structures, cost-per-acquisition models, revenue-sharing agreements, sponsorship packages, and featured-placement options.
• Balance the revenue generated from partners with the value provided to employees.
• Oversee partner payments and ensure accurate revenue reconciliation.
• Increase conversion rates and revenue per employee by experimenting with offers, placements, and timing in collaboration with Product and Marketing.
• Utilize employee needs and behavior data to align products with individuals.
• Manage partner performance, including renewals and exits.
• Collaborate with Compliance to ensure that partnerships comply with FCA regulations, including Consumer Duty.
• Conduct due diligence on partners and maintain records of employee product benefits.
• Work with Product and Engineering teams on enhancing marketplace experiences, integrations, and tracking mechanisms.
• Partner with Marketing on joint campaigns and co-marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management on partner introductions, employer agreements, and renewals.
• Coordinate with Finance regarding revenue recognition, forecasting, and reporting procedures.
• Demonstrated success in building and expanding a partnerships or affiliate revenue line, preferably from the ground up.
• Entrepreneurial experience in establishing new revenue streams from scratch, with the insight to prioritize initial tests.
• Strong negotiation skills with experience in sourcing, negotiating, and finalizing partnerships with senior commercial teams.
• Commercial acumen in designing pricing and partner models, along with a solid understanding of unit economics and lifetime value.
• Proficient in data-driven analysis of conversion and revenue metrics.
• Familiarity with regulated financial products and responsible marketing practices.
• Experience working in regulated environments, including adherence to Consumer Duty standards.
• History of owning revenue targets and P&L responsibilities with a high level of independence.
• Background in marketplaces, employee benefits, fintech, or financial comparison sectors.
• A pre-existing network within financial services, HR, payroll, or employee benefits is a significant advantage.
• Must possess the right to work in the UK.
