This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Collaborate closely with the Chief Technology Solutions & Advisory Officer to formulate and implement account strategies that align with client business objectives and long-term growth potential.
• Propel revenue increases through proactive business development, upselling, renewals, and expanding the scope of advisory, consulting, and Talent-as-a-Service initiatives.
• Identify and secure new opportunities within current clients, establishing Ubiminds as a strategic partner capable of delivering high-impact consulting and nearshore solutions.
• Work alongside internal teams to ensure that client requirements align with Ubiminds’ advisory strengths, delivery expertise, and long-term partnership vision.
• Set and track strategic KPIs in line with advisory and consulting engagements, guaranteeing measurable value delivery for clients.
• Lead the preparation and presentation of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), showcasing strategic insights, value delivered, and opportunities for further growth.
• Enhance executive relationships with client stakeholders, reinforcing Ubiminds’ role as a consultative and trusted advisor.
• Advocate for continuous improvement initiatives that boost client satisfaction, long-term retention, and partnership value.
• Monitor and assess partner-related KPIs, such as joint revenue contributions, partner satisfaction, and co-selling effectiveness.
• Oversee partner and client agreements (MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and partnership addendums) in collaboration with legal and operations teams.
• Over 5 years of experience in account management, strategic sales, client success, or business development in IT staffing, nearshore/outsourcing, consulting, or professional services sectors.
• A proven history of driving new sales, expanding accounts, and fostering long-term client growth.
• Experience managing executive-level relationships and delivering strategic presentations, including QBRs or business reviews.
• Strong grasp of contract structures, including MSAs, SOWs, and commercial agreements.
• Demonstrated capability to operate in consultative sales contexts involving advisory or consulting services.
• Experience in building or managing strategic partner relationships, alliances, or collaborations within ecosystems.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on revenue growth and value creation in partnerships.
• Proficient in English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
