Strategic Ops Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee all manual pilots

• Guarantee flawless delivery for all Pizza Catering orders

• Supervise a team of contractors and manage daily administrative responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of LOF across new businesses, products, and initiatives

• Assist in broader strategic pilot sprints

• Collaborate with Alli and Venki on LOF implementations

• Provide support to cross-functional partners within the Dasher team, Marketing, and Product through pilots, deep dives, and ad hoc assistance

• Present findings to leadership

• Lead experimental initiatives

• Direct product gaps to the appropriate partners

• Quickly identify solutions and derive learnings

• Report to the Associate Manager for Catering within the Strategy & Operations team in the Drive Commerce Platform organization

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, particularly in Data Analytics, customer-facing communication, and testing/piloting

• At least 1 year of experience managing a team and setting as well as achieving goals

• Excellent communication abilities

• Capacity to present information to leadership

• Proficiency in leading experiments

• Skill in directing product gaps to the right partners

• Self-motivated with a strong inclination for action

• Exceptional attention to detail regarding orders

• Capability to manage context switching and frequent reprioritization

• Ability to think quickly on your feet

• Willingness to learn and utilize AI for enhanced effectiveness
