This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• You will be responsible for developing and executing the segment strategy. Your role will involve defining how Pilot can successfully engage mid-market accounting firms and implementing the necessary initiatives. The strategic aspect guides the work, while the execution is in your control.
• You will be accountable for the outcomes generated by your segment. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will prioritize accounts and create programs that effectively transition prospects from initial contact to signed agreements.
• You will influence how Pilot communicates with mid-market accounting firms, both externally and through the materials utilized by our sales team on a daily basis.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly within enterprise or multi-stakeholder sales settings.
• A solid background in demand generation and account-based marketing, encompassing pipeline management and conversion metrics.
• Ability to maintain a strategic narrative and influence the understanding of a category.
• Proven experience working closely with sales leadership to align on account prioritization and pipeline objectives.
• Proficient in utilizing AI tools and LLMs within your workflow. You are adept at leveraging AI for research, drafting, iterating, and scaling operations, and you possess insights into the capabilities and limitations of AI.
• Comfortable functioning as a senior individual contributor. You take initiative in building, executing, and writing, rather than delegating the engaging tasks to others.
• Willingness to manage one or two senior individual contributors if the coaching fit is suitable, while also being open to remaining solely in an individual contributor role if preferred. Both options are viable here.
