This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the instructional and solution authority for high-value and intricate opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to promote opportunities and ensure favorable deal outcomes.
• Convert district requirements, instructional priorities, and literacy research into actionable, results-oriented solutions.
• Provide customized presentations and demonstrations for district, state, and executive-level stakeholders.
• Assist in aligning stakeholders, addressing objections, validating solutions, positioning against competitors, and strategizing for late-stage deals.
• Develop trusted relationships with district and state education leaders.
• Aid in account planning, stakeholder mapping, and strategies for expanding priority districts, multi-district networks, and state opportunities.
• Identify chances to broaden partnerships across schools, districts, and systems.
• Ensure continuity from the sales process through implementation and Customer Success.
• Contribute to a qualified pipeline through conferences, events, executive engagements, targeted outreach, and partnership initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on campaigns and initiatives linked to strategic growth.
• Represent RGR at conferences, roundtables, leadership gatherings, and other external engagements.
• Contribute to pipeline development, deal progression, win rates, and revenue achievements.
• Work alongside Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to enhance messaging, presentations, and go-to-market strategies.
• Relay customer requirements, field insights, and market feedback to internal teams.
• Assist in sales enablement and onboarding processes.
• Aid in the continuous improvement of sales materials, solution positioning, and overall strategy.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in K–12 education.
• Extensive knowledge in the Science of Reading and foundational literacy instruction.
• Experience in engaging with district-level leaders or supporting district-wide initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
• Background in supporting complex sales, solution consulting, partnerships, or adoption cycles.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, consulting, and communication skills.
• Capability to translate literacy research and instructional needs into practical solutions.
• Ability to balance instructional credibility with business and revenue goals.
• Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Classroom teaching experience is preferred.
• Experience in district-level literacy leadership is preferred.
• Familiarity with engaging state-level education agencies or leaders is preferred.
• Background in EdTech, curriculum, or educational publishing is preferred.
• Experience supporting large district or state-level opportunities is preferred.
• Experience presenting at conferences, leadership events, or other large-scale professional settings is preferred.
• Ability to work at a screen for extended periods, utilize standard input devices, and participate in virtual meetings.
