This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage Syndio’s most critical accounts from start to finish within a targeted portfolio of two to three intricate enterprise clients.
• Collaborate daily with VPs of Total Rewards, leaders in compensation, and executive sponsors.
• Conduct and analyze pay equity assessments while facilitating discussions around compensation and total rewards.
• Provide guidance on workplace equity strategies and convert concepts into quantifiable outcomes on a global scale.
• Oversee complex, multi-product implementations and migrations, which include Data Hub migrations, Decisions rollouts, and preparations for the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
• Navigate organizational structures and stakeholder maps across multiple regions.
• Present Value Realization narratives that highlight milestones and deliver tangible ROI.
• Develop Syndio’s high-touch, proactively deployed expert support model.
• Collaborate with Product, Revenue Marketing, and Engineering to advocate for customer needs and create scalable playbooks.
• Facilitate onboarding, identify strategic account stakeholders and requirements, lead customer discussions independently, manage implementation roadmaps, and drive measurable value.
• Extensive expertise in pay equity, compensation, or total rewards.
• Proficient in performing and interpreting pay equity analyses.
• Considerable experience in implementing or managing enterprise SaaS customers.
• Experience with large, complex, and demanding enterprise accounts.
• Strong project management and planning capabilities.
• Ability to instill structure and momentum throughout long, high-stakes engagements.
• Comfort operating on a global scale and navigating large, matrixed, multi-region organizations.
• Credibility and confidence when engaging with VP and executive-level stakeholders.
• Capacity to cultivate trusted-advisor relationships.
• Previous experience in people leadership may be relevant to the individual contributor role.
