Strategic Implementation Consultant – German Fluency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to large-scale clients and oversee the implementation of Samsara technology to ensure rapid value realization.

• Take ownership of project management tasks, including the creation of project plans, RAID logs, and governance meetings.

• Facilitate solution workshops aimed at developing Level 1 processes for each respective business function.

• Assist clients with change management strategies, encompassing policies, communications, and training initiatives.

• Conduct training sessions and showcase Samsara technology to both executives and everyday users.

• Navigate challenges across a variety of use cases.

• Handle multiple customer projects concurrently.

• Work collaboratively with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to ensure a superior customer experience.

• Travel to client locations up to 30% of the time, which may include overnight stays.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior implementation consultant, project manager, or management consulting position.

• Preference for candidates with experience in enterprise SaaS and hardware.

• Strong project management abilities and a proven capacity to adhere to established methodologies.

• At least 4 years of experience supporting or engaging with technical products.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience conducting on-site workshops with more than 10 stakeholders.

• Solutions-oriented mindset with robust problem-solving and project management skills.

• Excellent consultative abilities and experience managing end-to-end system implementations.

• Demonstrated success in establishing trust and communicating effectively with executives, as well as with senior management in Product and Engineering, and everyday software users.

• Initiative and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Fluency in German.

• Preferred experience with AI or automation in Customer Success workflows to enhance productivity metrics.

• Experience in creating implementation methodologies and/or frameworks is preferred.
