This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as a reliable strategic consultant to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and senior executives.
β’ Anticipate organizational and talent requirements within your designated client groups.
β’ Assist in the onboarding and assimilation of new executive leadership.
β’ Collaborate with executives on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent management strategies.
β’ Oversee succession planning and talent assessment processes within your client groups.
β’ Promote effective performance management practices and mentor leaders on delivering feedback.
β’ A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in HR.
β’ At least 3 years in a senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) or HR Director position.
β’ Proven experience in direct collaboration with C-suite or senior executive leaders.
β’ Experience in the technology sector, SaaS, or similarly dynamic, high-growth environments is preferred.
β’ Exceptional judgment in navigating complex and sensitive situations.
β’ A Bachelor's degree is preferred; SHRM-SCP / S/PHR certification is an advantage.
