Strategic Finance and Pricing Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as a partner and report directly to the Vice President of Strategic Finance & Corporate Development on all initiatives.

• Conduct strategic and financial analyses to facilitate high-impact decisions, which encompass pricing, new product development, cost structure evaluations, and expansion strategies.

• Collaborate with organizational leaders to formulate a vision for efficient scaling, achieving profitability, and enhancing financial performance.

• Work alongside key business stakeholders to promote financially sound decisions, including the engagement of new vendors and the introduction of new products.

• Identify and oversee ad hoc projects as required.

• Team up with go-to-market teams to create and scale pricing strategies while contributing to the company's overall strategy and path to profitability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking, private equity, venture capital, startup operations, strategy, or strategic finance.

• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization and artificial intelligence tools.

• Capability to develop and present complex issues using presentations, dashboards, and similar formats.

• Strong understanding of financial statements and experience in constructing financial models from the ground up.

• Basic knowledge of accounting concepts.

• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Enthusiasm for building and refining operational processes.

• Humble, resourceful, adaptable, and capable of thriving in fast-paced environments.

• Experience in the SaaS or digital healthcare industry is advantageous.

• Background in pricing and packaging is a plus.

• Must maintain US work authorization throughout employment without requiring employer sponsorship, employer-provided training plans, or attestations.
