Strategic Finance Analyst II – Revenue

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders (such as Product, Growth Analytics, Credit, Revenue, and Merchant Pricing) to achieve business objectives through strategic and analytical support.

• Develop and sustain financial models to forecast, reconcile, and explain variances across our range of metrics.

• Work alongside our ML modeling team to integrate your models with aggregated ML forecasts.

• Set top-line performance metrics and targets, analyze and report actual financial performance to Executives and other company leaders, and ensure accountability for outcomes.

• Create and deliver scalable automated user and financial dashboards and analytics for cross-departmental and executive use.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in fast-paced analytical roles (such as strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, data science, analytics, etc.).

• Exceptional analytical abilities and the capacity to distill complex financial information into clear, concise reports.

• Strong attention to detail, paired with the ability to maintain a broader perspective and assess analyses within a strategic business context.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective navigation of cross-functional collaborations and engagement with company executives.

• A curiosity to develop processes, models, etc., with/for/around AI.

• Proficient in Excel (be prepared for a financial model case study) and comfortable with SQL, Sigma, Cursor, and/or other data visualization tools; knowledge of Python is a plus.
