This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Establish trusted relationships with both operational and Executive-level stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor on crucial digital business matters.
• Develop data-driven success strategies that align with clients' Key Business Objectives, mapping strategic contacts within key accounts to ensure robust retention.
• Promote the adoption of all Contentsquare products (including Product Analytics - following the acquisition of Heap), assisting teams in utilizing event-based and historical behavioral data to gain insights into user activation, feature adoption, and retention across web and mobile platforms.
• Advocate for Contentsquare's AI-driven functionalities (Sense Analyst, MCP integration), guiding customers from platform-dependent workflows to AI-native insight generation across their tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, etc.).
• Engage with data-savvy customers regarding Data Connect (behavioral data exports to Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, Microsoft Fabric), collaborating cross-functionally to unlock value within their existing data ecosystems.
• Drive renewals and create upsell/cross-sell strategies in close partnership with Sales, identifying expansion opportunities across Data Connect, MCP, Sense Analyst, and Product Analytics.
• Actively utilize data to monitor portfolio performance and foresee critical situations.
• Maintain top-tier usage of CS tools (Gainsight, Salesforce, Tableau & Dust) and work with peers to continually enhance practices.
• Keep abreast of market trends and the broader technology landscape (analytics, AI, data warehouses) and represent Contentsquare as a public speaker both internally and externally.
• 5+ years of experience in high-touch enterprise Customer Success, Account Management, or Senior Consulting, or extensive expertise with Contentsquare and/or standard analytics products.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate long-term relationships at both C-level and operational levels.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in French and English; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of the analytics landscape: Digital Experience Analytics, Product Analytics (event-based, retroactive), A/B testing, and data-led product development.
• Familiarity with the contemporary data and AI ecosystem: data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks) and LLM-based tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot).
• Experience collaborating with Sales to drive growth, demonstrating a proactive, structured, and ownership-driven mindset.
