This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate clients' business models, objectives, and growth drivers, providing clear strategic insights.

• Formulate multi-channel marketing strategies and prioritize actions based on revenue, profit margins, and scalability.

• Analyze the performance and interaction of all relevant marketing channels, offering informed recommendations for budget distribution.

• Convert the overarching strategy into specific guidelines for performance management.

• Engage in regular strategic discussions with client decision-makers to support effective decision-making processes.

• Organize and lead client workshops, delivering presentations on strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of pertinent experience in e-commerce and performance marketing.

• Proven track record in developing prioritized marketing strategies and managing cross-channel budget allocations.

• Strong business insight and acumen.

• Strategic comprehension of all relevant marketing channels.

• Solid operational familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and native advertising.

• Knowledge of GA4 and attribution tools (e.g., Tracify, Admetrics, Adtribute, Hyros, GetKlar or similar).

• Excellent consulting and communication abilities.

• Strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
