This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee and facilitate engaging and effective professional learning services for clients.

• Manage the implementation of K-5 reading interventions throughout South Florida.

• Collaborate directly with the district’s curriculum team to create and support a comprehensive implementation strategy.

• Serve as an instructional coach/specialist at the school level.

• Ensure fidelity of implementation, facilitate professional learning services, and assist both teachers and students.

• Provide in-person and virtual professional learning, alongside customer support and planning meetings.

• Create and/or revise training materials for both virtual and in-person professional learning.

• Analyze survey data and utilize feedback to enhance professional development and refine training.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in education is required.

• A Master’s degree is preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in K-12 education.

• At least 3 years of experience delivering professional learning sessions or coaching and consulting with teachers on best practices for diverse learner populations.

• Direct experience with VSL programs as a trainer, district leader, instructional coach, or classroom teacher.

• Proficient presentation skills for both in-person and virtual environments, employing various collaboration and engagement strategies with adult learners.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills, including communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and the sensitivity needed to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

• Proficient in using technology-based productivity tools, including Microsoft Office, Google applications, and other web tools.

• Willingness to travel using various transportation modes, which may include evenings, occasional weekends, and driving after dark.
