Health, Safety & Environmental Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide a relationship-focused service to a diverse portfolio of Business Banking clients within the Health, Safety & Environmental consultancy sector.

• Develop enduring client relationships while increasing both portfolio volume and value.

• Ensure high-quality customer interactions and experiences.

• Engage with clients through in-person meetings, video calls, telephone conversations, and email correspondence.

• Comprehend client needs and offer commercially viable and profitable advice.

• Promote the use of Mentor’s digital and self-service platforms.

• Drive new business growth through referrals, networking, and business development initiatives.

• Facilitate new business prospect meetings and activities aimed at relationship building.

• Work in conjunction with the Consultancy Delivery team to fulfill customer expectations and timelines.

• Oversee client retention and discussions regarding renewal pricing.

• Maintain a current contact strategy aimed at new business income and established objectives.

• Assist clients and colleagues with intricate technical issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional qualifications in Health & Safety or Environmental fields.

• Membership in a relevant professional organization.

• Minimum CertIOSH qualification.

• Actively working towards and expected to achieve CMIOSH within 18 months of employment.

• Significant experience in a role related to Health & Safety.

• Proven background in advising on complex issues.

• Extensive experience in assessing customer needs, risks, and prioritizing recommendations.

• Capability to identify and lead tailored business solutions and service offerings.

• Proficiency in providing commercial pricing quotes.

• Excellent time management abilities and a flexible approach to customer service.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to articulate clear and comprehensible technical Health, Safety, and Environmental advice both verbally and in writing.

• Willingness to travel across Sussex, Kent, South London, and nearby areas.

• Full-time position, requiring 35 hours of work per week.
