This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Reporting to the AVP of Customer Success and focusing on French accounts in Europe, you are enthusiastic, motivated, and deeply committed to ensuring our customers' success.
• In your role as a Strategic Customer Success Manager, you will contribute to Synthesia's future expansion by cultivating relationships with clients and transforming them into satisfied users.
• You will assist in educating clients about an innovative approach to video content creation, collaborating closely with the sales team to provide a seamless onboarding experience for new users.
• You possess the ability to engage in business-level and technical discussions across various organizational tiers, including the C-suite.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success Management, Client Service, Account Management, Technical Account Management, Implementation, or similar, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to manage a Book of Business alongside KPIs.
• A history of managing risk, forecasting, and pinpointing growth opportunities.
• Establishing a trusted advisor relationship with clients to drive value from Synthesia's products and services.
• Successfully onboarding new clients and fostering essential relationships during the critical initial months and thereafter.
• Coordinating and facilitating regular client check-ins with clear outcomes regarding client health and opportunities, including participation from senior stakeholders.
• Basic video editing skills using the Synthesia platform.
• Retaining and growing our enterprise clients.
• Ensuring clients understand ROI and value, while proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
• Fluency in both French and English is required.
• You should be located in Europe and able to work remotely.
