This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

đź“‹ Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders within our largest accounts.

• Create and implement Joint Success Plans that align Zyte’s product capabilities with the client's overarching business goals.

• Manage the gross retention and consumption growth targets for your portfolio, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

• Comprehend the intricacies of our data extraction, proxy management, and API solutions to facilitate high-level technical discussions without requiring an Engineer in every meeting.

• Convert complex customer needs into actionable product insights for our Engineering and Product teams.

• Assist customers in navigating technical best practices to maximize efficiency and performance on the Zyte platform.

• Conduct meaningful Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) that go beyond superficial metrics to illustrate clear ROI and cost savings.

• Proactively detect "at-risk" accounts through data-driven health assessments and implement recovery strategies.

• Foster customer advocates to engage in case studies, webinars, and product beta testing.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales Engineering, specifically managing Enterprise/Strategic accounts in the SaaS or Data sector.

• A strong grasp of how the web operates (HTML, JavaScript, APIs). Familiarity with the web scraping or data extraction landscape is a significant advantage.

• A proven history of managing multi-million dollar portfolios and achieving retention goals.

• Outstanding storytelling and presentation abilities—capable of making complex data straightforward and engaging.

• A strong enthusiasm for teamwork and collaboration—you will work with diverse and multidisciplinary teams regularly (Sales, Marketing, Support, Product, etc.) and contribute to building the Customer Success "brand" across our entire organization.

• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a remote team.
