This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Drive customer success by aiding our clients in enhancing the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations through our IoT platform.
• Collaborate with customers to establish success plans, identify objectives, define metrics, and tackle obstacles to realizing business value.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Support, Finance, and others, to advance customer requests.
• Facilitate executive business reviews to align on targets and celebrate achievements with both customers and Samsara leadership.
• Conduct workshops to comprehend customer operations, suggest workflow improvements, and optimize the value of Samsara products.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the capabilities of the Samsara platform and communicate them effectively to various businesses across different industries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to respond to customer requests and drive forward customer initiatives.
• Act as a mentor to the broader Customer Success team, promoting Samsara's cultural principles.
• 6+ years of professional experience, particularly in senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting roles.
• Strong skills in priority management, emotional intelligence, and the capability to handle demanding, high-visibility positions.
• Experience in supporting or working with technical products and solutions.
• Proven ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and drive change with stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized 4-year institution.
