Strategic Customer Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts characterized by global complexity.

• Conduct executive business reviews and strategic planning to align with customer outcomes.

• Promote the adoption and advancement of Jamf solutions across extensive deployments.

• Oversee the renewal cycle for customer success-managed strategic accounts, which includes forecasting, negotiation, and closure.

• Collaborate with Sales and Technical teams to pinpoint growth opportunities and implement expansion strategies.

• Serve as a thought leader, shaping Jamf’s product roadmap and success programs.

• Travel between 20% - 40% to participate in role-specific events, including international travel.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (4-year) preferred.

• A mix of relevant experience and education may be taken into account.

• Certifications in Jamf Products (Jamf 100, Jamf 170, Jamf 200) preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years in Customer Success or Account Management in a SaaS environment is required.

• Demonstrated experience in managing strategic enterprise accounts with global complexity is required.

• Proficiency in Apple ecosystems and enterprise IT workflows is required.

• Background in IT, cybersecurity, or endpoint management solutions is preferred.

• Technical knowledge in MDM, Apple Business Manager, or security frameworks is preferred.
