This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and customer champion by driving Success Plans.
• Oversee the customer product adoption journey and implement strategies in line with customer schedules.
• Elevate customers to achieve success goals.
• Act as a bridge between Cloudera and the customer.
• Aid in managing critical escalations to ensure positive customer experiences and outcomes.
• Build trusting relationships, proactively anticipating challenges and responding with agility.
• Demonstrate excellent customer-facing capabilities and adept stakeholder management.
• Assume responsibility for the customer’s product adoption and Success Plan.
• Coordinate and collaborate with key internal and external partners.
• Evaluate customer engagement and data to uncover trends and identify gaps.
• Proficient in English and Arabic, with additional languages being advantageous.
• Experience with large-scale data platforms.
• Background in software implementation and upgrade management.
• Solid technology foundation, whether in technical or business roles.
• Knowledge of project lifecycle management and the challenges related to project delivery.
• Comprehension of data management principles.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks.
• Experience with an RDBMS such as Oracle, MySQL, or Teradata.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts.
• Previous industry experience in sectors like FSI, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, or Government is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Degree-level education with high achievement or equivalent experience in a related field.
