📋 Description

• Strategic Advisory & Planning

• Spearhead executive-level initiatives to align product utilization with customer business objectives, industry trends, and transformation efforts.

• Create and implement Strategic Success Plans that promote adoption, maturity, and measurable outcomes.

• Identify and propose key initiatives that enhance customer value and business impact.

• Customer Success Enablement

• Serve as the data storyteller - bringing metrics to life through tailored use case adoption, premium service, and training.

• Collaborate with Account Directors to direct strategic account planning and ensure sustained customer satisfaction and retention.

• Translate complex customer data and product insights into persuasive business cases and executive narratives.

• Proactively identify at-risk situations and implement risk mitigation and renewal strategies.

• Thought Leadership & Industry Expertise

• Utilize industry and customer insights to offer best practices and frameworks that assist global brands in their digital transformation journey.

• Contribute to the creation of reusable strategic assets and customer playbooks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive background in customer service management with a proven history of leading brand relationships, ensuring outstanding client experiences, enhancing brand loyalty, and fostering long-term partnership growth.

• Proven ability to effectively manage daily client relationships both in-person and virtually, particularly skilled in navigating and optimizing engagement within digital environments; willing and able to travel 15–20% as necessary.

• A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to excel in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment centered on retention and growth.

• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to deliver strategic insights that provide value to clients.

• Excellent time management skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Outstanding communication abilities including listening, presentation, writing, and speaking.

• Willingness to work fully remotely from Sao Paulo.

• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) is required.
