📋 Description

• Create and execute both online and offline strategies aimed at fostering organic growth, engagement, and collaboration within Reapra communities, particularly targeting new generations of founders or individuals interested in Reapra themes.

• Coordinate events, workshops, and initiatives designed to cultivate a robust sense of community among members.

• Proactively network and build connections with aspiring entrepreneurs, industry stakeholders, and potential partners.

• Spearhead the strategic vision for the community, ensuring alignment with Reapra’s long-term objectives.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to amplify the overall effectiveness of community-building efforts.

• Utilize social media platforms to promote Reapra, remaining informed about trends and engaging actively with the community online.

• Previous Community Building Experience: Experience in community building, ideally within the start-up or entrepreneurial environment.

• Results-Driven: A results-oriented approach focused on achieving measurable outcomes in community growth and engagement.

• Willingness to Self-Discover: A proactive mindset towards self-improvement and staying updated on industry trends, ensuring continual personal and professional growth.

• Engage and Manage Key Stakeholders: Proficiency in engaging C-level executives or other decision-makers on a daily basis.

• Language Skills: High proficiency in English is preferred.
