This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Act as the main liaison between Immunefi and its community of ethical hackers and platform users.
• Oversee daily community interactions and address support inquiries.
• Ensure that security researchers are equipped with the necessary resources to thrive on the platform.
• Concentrate on managing Immunefi's presence on Discord, addressing Zendesk support tickets, and keeping the community well-informed and engaged.
• 1-2 years of demonstrated experience in managing online communities within the crypto/Web3 sector.
• Practical experience in Discord community management, moderation, and tools.
• Experience in managing support queues, preferably using Zendesk or a similar ticketing system.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to simplify complex ideas.
• A proactive attitude combined with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of analytics tools such as Looker Studio or equivalent.
