• Develop engaging content across various digital platforms, including email, social media, multimedia, website, and podcasts.
• Manage the editorial calendar to ensure the delivery of timely and relevant content that aligns with business objectives, values, and brand positioning.
• Oversee communication projects from inception to completion, independently managing timelines, inputs, and approvals.
• Collaborate with leaders and teams throughout the organization to highlight stories, interpret initiatives, and promote priorities.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on communication strategies, campaign planning, and change management techniques.
• Create and design marketing and communication materials for print, digital, and multimedia applications.
• Act as a brand ambassador by ensuring all content and assets adhere to brand standards and voice.
• Work cross-functionally to strategize and implement integrated campaigns and internal communications initiatives.
• Assist with marketing requirements related to events, conferences, presentations, and sponsorships.
• Utilize metrics and data insights to assess effectiveness and continually enhance content and campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of three years of prior experience in marketing, communications, project management, design, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills; highly collaborative with the capacity to build internal and external relationships.
• Strong project management abilities with a high level of personal accountability.
• Must be detail-oriented, self-driven, and have a commitment to quality customer service.
