This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to create impactful communications.
• Craft organizational announcements, leadership messaging, and important updates.
• Develop presentations and narratives suitable for executives, addressing both internal and external audiences.
• Oversee the internal Customer Success (CS) communications strategy, calendar, and the execution of CS All Hands meetings.
• Facilitate CS-wide communications, including newsletters, Slack messages, and organizational updates.
• Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement within CS.
• Create engaging presentations and talking points for CS leaders.
• Manage CS-wide updates for Daily Briefings, Town Halls, and cross-functional readouts.
• Enhance the visibility of Customer Success through internal storytelling.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Revenue leaders to design targeted communications for existing customers.
• 6–7+ years of professional experience in communications.
• Demonstrated success in supporting Sales, Customer Success, or other Go-To-Market (GTM) organizations.
• Hands-on experience working with revenue-generating teams and a comprehensive understanding of their specific operating rhythms and priorities.
• Proficiency in G Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and various communication platforms (Slack, LinkedIn).
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline.
