This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Ensures operational stability and excellence across complex, high-load client accounts.
• Concentrates on the quality of operational execution and the commercial growth of existing accounts.
• Averts crises and minimizes escalations to the Lead/Head level.
• Upholds high service standards throughout the portfolio.
• Independently oversees 5–7 high-load or high-risk accounts.
• Monitors statuses, deadlines, and the quality of input data.
• Facilitates monthly and quarterly meetings.
• Initiates new traffic streams, explores new GEOs, and drives volume increases.
• Identifies risks early, including launch delays, incomplete briefs, and repeated changes to scope.
• Manages escalations from Junior and Middle team members.
• 2–3+ years of experience in independently managing complex client accounts.
• Profound understanding of the end-to-end client process.
• Strong grasp of SLA and workflow management.
• Capability to clearly structure problems.
• Skills in root cause analysis.
• Ability to suggest potential solution options.
• Proficient in reading operational and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of DSP processes.
• Familiarity with marketing performance metrics.
• Basic awareness of compliance requirements.
• Proficient in English (C1+ level).
• Professional working proficiency in Russian.
