This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for overseeing the direct relationships with over 25 key accounts by fostering and sustaining robust connections with critical chapter-level stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular meetings with chapter leaders to mentor, advise, and support them (and occasionally lead) NSLS programming.
• Address chapter-related issues and concerns through personalized support.
• Provide programmatic training.
• Evaluate chapter and institutional needs and devise strategies to meet those needs.
• Attain established revenue goals and metrics set by the company for each key account.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; a Master’s degree is desirable.
• Over 5 years of experience in account management or sales is preferred.
• A demonstrated history of creating and executing successful strategic plans for accounts exceeding $3 million is advantageous.
• Proficiency in CRM software is essential.
• Must reside within the continental United States.
