Strategic Business Developer, eCommerce & Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Building strategic relationships: You will act as an ambassador for Product Hackers at client locations and key events.

• Market strategy: You will execute a thorough analysis of the eCommerce ecosystem to identify niches and design tailored engagement strategies.

• Consultative sales cycle: Comprehensive management of opportunities (Inbound and Outbound), from intelligent prospecting to the closure of complex, high-impact agreements.

• Account growth (upsell/cross-sell): You will identify expansion opportunities within our largest existing clients, collaborating closely with technical teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Senior experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in business development within the eCommerce sector or high-value digital services.

• 360º technical vision: Ability to engage in discussions about Shopify, Magento, CRO, Analytics, UX, and AI applied to business.

• Commercial DNA and mobility: Absolute proactivity. You understand that physical presence is crucial for closing large accounts and enjoy traveling to strengthen relationships.

• Public speaking skills: Ability to represent the brand at round tables and industry forums.
