This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate partner strategies that surpass channel partnership objectives and quotas.
• Utilize your CRM expertise to accurately predict channel revenue.
• Apply analytical skills to identify effective verticals and markets, and build upon that knowledge.
• Be an enthusiastic advocate for partners, delivering exceptional relationship development and thought leadership.
• Create customized value propositions with partners and develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies that enhance our market value and generate new revenue streams.
• Articulate our company's value proposition and its position within the value chain to strategic partners and prospects.
• Oversee the ongoing enablement of sales, implementation, and support teams within strategic alliance partners.
• Establish strong connections with key individuals at the appropriate partner levels.
• Engage with significant, global enterprise opportunities.
• Relay product, marketing, and solutions engineering feedback from the market back to the company.
• Create customized account plans in collaboration with alliance partner sales and account teams.
• Hold regular cadence meetings to oversee pipeline management, forecasts, sales, and other business development and solutions activities.
• Over 5 years of experience in channel partnerships or sales within enterprise SaaS, successfully launching partners to significantly boost sales.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas in either a direct or overlay role.
• Strong skills in networking and relationship-building within the technology sector.
• Capability to cultivate appropriate relationships and metrics to evaluate ROI from partnerships and alliances.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data using Excel or similar tools is essential.
• Preferred experience in Workplace Technology and/or Asset Management Systems.
• Familiarity with SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong sense of urgency and the capacity to apply sound business judgment in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive approach.
• Proven CRM skills with the ability to forecast channel revenue accurately.
• Ability to accomplish tasks on short notice while gathering information from various internal and external sources.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
