This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and synchronize a multi-year business strategy for both partners and Alteryx within the designated Alteryx sales region.
• Meet business development objectives and enhance overall co-selling efforts with each key partner.
• Organize marketing and sales go-to-market initiatives that engage both internal and external audiences.
• Comprehend the business needs of partners and implement go-to-market programs that generate demand for Alteryx among the partners' customer base.
• Ensure that partners possess the necessary skills, certifications, and capacity to capitalize on their market opportunities.
• Foster a partner engagement rhythm and demonstrate measurable advancements towards establishing an “Alteryx First” partnership.
• Implement the partner strategy by coordinating and leading partner activities across the specified Alteryx sales region.
• Oversee the collaboration between the partner and Alteryx personnel within the assigned region.
• Ensure that training strategies and plans with partners align for growth in their Alteryx practice, including necessary certifications.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with regional and global sponsors to monitor progress on aligned go-to-market focus areas.
• Extensive domain knowledge in the data ecosystem.
• Proven ability to lead and influence teams spread across various geographical locations.
• Self-reliant, results-driven leader with a strong focus on execution and achieving revenue outcomes.
• Excellent relationship management and partner development capabilities.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Business Development.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in effectively communicating with business development leaders, executives, product managers, engineers, lawyers, and security professionals.
• Capability to influence and cultivate relationships with individuals at all levels and across organizations, both internally and externally.
• A passionate advocate for Field Alliances/Channel initiatives.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Capacity to operate independently with minimal supervision and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• BA/BS degree; MBA or master's degree from a reputable university is a plus.
• Willingness to accommodate time zone differences and travel as necessary.
