This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Identifying, qualifying, and securing new sales opportunities nationwide for our consulting services.
• Assisting credit unions and banks in assessing and choosing vendors that align with their strategic objectives.
• Building executive relationships with financial institutions across the nation to market Payments-related products (Credit, Debit, PIN Networks, Loyalty), Digital/Mobile Banking, Core Processing, and associated ancillary services.
• Creating new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
• Generating leads by participating in industry events such as tradeshows.
• Hosting industry webinars to educate the market about our offerings.
• Establishing executive-level connections with credit unions and banks of varying sizes.
• Performing needs assessments to determine a bank’s challenges and aligning them with engage fi services.
• Collaborating closely with marketing teams to utilize marketing campaigns effectively.
• Overseeing all sales activities within the internal CRM system for accurate reporting.
• Leading creative problem-solving sessions with leadership teams across diverse business disciplines.
• Presenting complex solutions to senior leadership teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the banking sector, with a preference for sales experience related to credit/debit card processing, core processing, electronic banking, bill pay, and/or mobile banking.
• Proficiency in Credit Card Processing, Debit Card Processing, Core Processing, Online Banking, as well as familiarity with relevant vendors, tools, and processes.
