This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Be deployed by the COO / VP to tackle the TMO's most critical initiative at any given moment.

• Transform ambiguous, cross-functional challenges into well-defined problem statements, hypotheses, and work plans.

• Function as an individual contributor capable of independently managing a workstream.

• Foster accountability across various functions and levels of seniority without holding direct management authority.

• Navigate seamlessly through different types of problems within a single year.

• Compose and convey information at an executive level.

⛳️ Requirements

• MBB (or equivalent top-tier) consulting experience is essential.

• Current Project Leader or Principal level (or the equivalent position at another leading firm).

• Broad generalist expertise encompassing strategy, operations, AI, and analytics work.

• Proven history of achieving results, not merely managing well-organized programs.

• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders quickly.

• Capable of promoting accountability among individuals they do not directly manage.
